We want you to love your Fenty Beauty glow, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new or gently used condition to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and remove any old labels.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location or schedule a pickup; once received, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
